A Word About Us

Tuxedo Park Affiliates Realty, Ltd., also known as TPA Realty, is a full service realty company founded in 1992, specializing in property in Tuxedo, Tuxedo Park, and vicinity. TPA Realty's two active brokers are all long-time residents of Tuxedo Park, and both grew up in the area.

Michael Santoianni, the broker of record, has 18 years of experience in the real estate business in Tuxedo, Tuxedo Park and the surrounding area. Chris Sonne has been personally involved in the subdivision of land and development of property in Tuxedo and Tuxedo Park for many years and has been licensed to sell real estate since 1992. Chris is Town Historian, and Mike had served for twelve years on the Tuxedo School Board.

Properties which have been handled by TPA Realty include large tracts of land, subdivided lots, condos and townhouses, as well as single-family homes ranging in price from the $150,000 level to architecturally significant residences priced in the millions.

We keep extensive records of property sales in Tuxedo, which is helpful in setting realistic prices on homes for sale and in making and responding appropriately to offers to purchase. In addition, we have successfully assisted clients with assessment complaints.
